This past week’s progress: it looks like the exterior framing is complete and most of the windows are in. Also, in our weekly update from the property manager (nice touch!) they mentioned that the heating unit was going in. Sure enough – the heater is in & it looks like most of the duct work is in place.
Funny bit on the windows : we paid to have an extra window put into the master bath, and also in one of the 2 upstairs bedrooms. There was an option to have windows put in both of the upstairs bedrooms – and it looks like they went ahead and did that, even though we only paid for 1! (We paid for the window in the bedroom that faces the mountains – of course!)
Tough day to review the house though – with it trying its best to rain and turn that rain into snow all day today. The framing, while complete, does let some water into the house – so don’t be suprised by the water in the photos!
